During this exclusive two-hour course, our expert butcher, Nathan Bingham, will guide you through initial prep to final cuts — providing you with valuable insight on how to select the right knives, identify the best cuts of meat, and utilize the best practices for precision and efficiency.

Watch as we demonstrate the art of butchering with half a hog — showcasing techniques for carving out roasts, chops, and other delicious cuts as well as the process behind making a brat. - Knife Showcase:
We’ll provide five high-quality knives for the demonstration and highlight their specific uses as well as care tips. After the class, knives will be available for purchase for $32 each, allowing you to equip yourself with what the professionals use. - Fresh Meats:
